Dear Fellow Resident
Let me introduce myself my name is Johnnie Curwen.
I am a born and bred local of this village. A parent and businessman passionate about our local community and keen advocate for positive change on issues concerning Bowness and Windermere.
My wife and I run a local B&B, Low House, and have two young children. A nine month old son and a six year old daughter, who attends St Mary's Church of England Nursery and Infant school , where I am a parent school governor .
I have also served on the commercial members committee of Cumbria Tourism for the past four years and Chair the Marketing and ICT working group.
In my spare time I enjoy walking my dogs, sailing and fishing on Windermere and increasingly being a taxi driver for my six going on sixteen year old daughter!
